    The orange one for want of a better description. I'll fish out a URL. It kept bouncing me all over the place so I wasn't sure what site I was on.

    Then I went to do some online training to qualify for the Action Pack and I got an error when I tried to sign-up for the Expression one. Error just said to contact someone.

    All of this in IE7 due to "go away" when I tried to use FF.

    So search for "Microsoft Empower" and click on first link. You'll be bounced all over the place with re-directs and "page no longer exists". Finally land on https://partners.microsoft.com/partnerprogram/PartnerMembershipCenter.aspx

    Click on "orders and benefits" -> "additional enrolment summary"->"Assessment Requirement".

    That sends me back to the site I started on with all the info.

    Try "take a required course". Select "Microsoft Expression Quick Start: Creating a Standards-Based Website". Click "Registration" . Click "Take it now".

    Get "There were problems launching the Online Tutorial course. Please contact PLC Support via the Contact Us link on this page."

    Of course I don't bother contact them, I just bitch here instead :-)

    Okay, yes, it could be a US vs. Ireland issue. We set up a separate site for it - you might have better luck here: http://www.microsoft.com/ireland/msdn/isvdeveloper/default.mspx

    I just talked to Ciara who runs the Empower program for MS Ireland. She said they just redid the site so it's supposed to be a lot more user-friendly and easier to navigate, but that could also be the source of some of the 404s.

    Conor please e-mail Ciara (her contact e-mail is on the link above) should you run into registration issues or site issues. She will get you all set up and follow up with people on the site issues.

    Thanks Martha. I will mail her. I think I got to the root of it. When I followed the link at the bottom of that page (the links at the top go back to the orange site), it said "Our records indicate that your current enrollment with Empower for ISV is 'Rejected'. Please contact Regional Service Center for any clarifications."
